After online qualifiers, the best 50 trios from across the globe will descend upon the desert of Las Vegas to compete on Verdansk for the World Series of Warzone championship and their share of the one million dollar prize pool. This isn’t the first time the World Series of Warzone has taken place in Vegas, with Team Falcons winning the event in Vegas in 2024.
The popular match-point format will return, after proving to be a success at the World Series of Warzone in 2024 and at the Esports World Cup in 2025. Trios will have to reach the 125 point threshold to become match-point eligible. Teams on match-point will then have to go on and win a match to claim the trophy and $300,000 that’s on offer for first place.

Unlike the World Series of Warzone in 2023 and 2024, there won’t be a crowd this year, meaning fans won’t be able to catch all the action in-person. Instead, tune in via the Call of Duty Twitch or YouTube channel when the World Series of Warzone takes place on October 1, 2025.
