The ABR A1 is the latest assault rifle to land in Black Ops 6 and Warzone with the Season 05 update, and with the best loadout, you’re sure to find success in battle royale modes.
The ABR A1 is unlocked for free via page 6 of the Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 05 battle pass. Despite being a burst weapon, you can hold down your fire button and the ABR A1 will continue to rain down bullets.
Warzone ABR A1 loadout attachments
- Muzzle: Compensator
- Barrel: Gain Twist Barrel

- Fire Mods: Recoil Springs
First of all, the Compensator improves accuracy by significantly increasing vertical recoil control. The Gain Twist Barrel ensures the weapon is versatile at range with added bullet velocity. As for the Vertical Foregrip, this works to boost horizontal recoil control, transforming the ABR A1 into a laser accurate assault rifle.
The Extended Mag II expands your magazine size to 60, allowing you to wipe a squad without needing to reload, keeping you in the fight. This does come with slower aim down sight, reload, and sprint to fire speeds, but these aren’t too detrimental and won’t drastically hold you back.
Last but not least, the Recoil Springs will round off your accuracy with further buffs to horizontal and vertical recoil control. Whether you’re battling it out at mid-range or laying down fire at long range, this will make sure your shots remain accurate at all times.
Since the ABR A1 is designed for picking off enemies at range in Warzone, you’ll want to pair it with a gun that’s suited to close-quarter combat. The C9 remains a dominant submachine gun going into Season 05, while the LC10 remains a viable option.
