The World Series of Warzone (WSOW) is the biggest tournament the battle royale has ever seen. Last year, its inaugural LAN event took place in London and this time, it’s heading to the bright lights of Las Vegas. The WSOW 2024 will take place over two days and the win condition for the top trios is more challenging than ever.
After a two month qualification period, the best 40 trios will compete in a two day event for their share of a million dollar prize pool.
World Series of Warzone 2024 format and prizing
On the first day of the tournament taking place on September 14, squads will drop into six maps where they’ll earn points to dictate the point advantage each trio receives going into day two.
The breakdown of the day one point advantage is as follows:
- 1st: 40 points
- 2nd – 5th: 30 points
- 6th – 10th: 20 points
- 11th – 20th: 15 points
- 21st – 30th: 10 points
- 31st – 35th: 5 points
- 36th – 40th: 0 Points
To end day one with a bang, the Solo YOLO drop will return, seeing all 120 players battle it out for a solo winner-takes-all map, with the single victor walking away with $50,000.
The competition continues on September 15, where trios have to reach a 150 point threshold to become match-point eligible. Match-point eligible teams must then get a first place match finish to become the World Series of Warzone champion.

- 6th: $40,000
- 7th: $35,000
- 8th: $30,000
- 9th: $27,500
- 10th: $25,000

- 12th: $20,000
- 13th: $17,500
- 14th: $15,000
- 15th: $12,500
- 16th: $10,000
- 17th: $8,000
- 18th: $6,000
- 19th: $4,000
- 20th: $2,000
- 21st – 40th: $0
