Monopoly Go is a mobile version of the classic board game, Monopoly. As you play, there are various cards for you to collect along the way, even rare gold cards. If you’re having trouble getting your hands on a certain card, you can trade with other Monopoly Go players.
To trade with somebody, they must be on your friends list. As soon as you send the card, your friend will be notified and they can claim your gift the next time they log in to Monopoly Go.
How to trade cards with your friends in Monopoly Go
Need help with your first trade? Follow the instructions, below:
- Open up the game and click on the ‘Album’ symbol that’s located towards the bottom right of your home screen.
- You’ll then be presented with a screen that shows all the cards that you currently own. Also, you’ll be able to see how many duplicates of a particular card you have.
- Tap on the card you want to trade and you’ll be given a ‘Select a Friend’ option. This is a list containing the names of everyone you have added on the game.
- All you have to do is tap the name of the friend you want to trade with and hit send.
Its worth noting that you’re unable to trade gold cards, so all you can do is hope that you’re lucky enough to obtain one.
Since you’re only permitted to trade up to 5 cards a day in Monopoly Go, use this function wisely!
