After four long years, the Battlefield series returned to form with Battlefield 6. As the game continues to be supported, EA has rounded up players’ time in-game so far and provided an update on what’s to come in Battlefield 6 in 2026.
Battlefield 6 launched on October 10, 2025, with REDSEC making its debut in the battle royale space on October 28, 2025. Even after just three months, the numbers give a taste of all the shenanigans that have taken place on the virtual battlefield.

The team behind Battlefield 6 has shared some interesting facts and figures about Battlefield 6 and REDSEC, including players amassing over 1.7 billion matches and reaching 383.5 million gameplay hours. During that time, 12.4 billion kills have been earned, and 871 million revives.
One of the most interesting stats is deployed classes across all modes, which are as follows:
- Engineer: 28%
- Support: 27%
- Assault: 26%
- Recon: 19%
What’s more, players have scored over 300 million shotgun kills, as well as exceeded 2 million players with defibs. 102 million helicopters and jets have been destroyed in the process, with Engineers alone taking 18 million tanks out of the fight.
