Arc Raiders is preparing to host a server slam and Embark Studios need your help to stress-test the servers ahead of launch.
Already, Arc Raiders fans have taken part in technical tests and provided feedback over the course of the title’s development. One final server test will allow the developers to ensure the servers are up to scratch, essential for a multiplayer-focused experience.
How to participate in the Arc Raiders server slam
The Arc Raiders server slam will last for three days, starting on October 17 and running through until October 19, 2025. The primary purpose is to stress-test the servers before release, but it also acts as your final opportunity to dive into this unforgiving world before launch.
During the server slam, you will deploy to the Dam Battlegrounds where you’ll experience elements of progression and crafting, while completing a set of quests to provide you with a little taste of what Arc Raiders has to offer.
The server slam will be live on all platforms (Steam, Epic Games, PS5, Xbox X|S) and access is expected to roll out slowly on day one. Progress made during the server slam, will not carry over to the game when it fully launches on October 30, 2025. However, players that take part will get a server slam exclusive backpack that you will be able to equip in the full game.
When you load up Arc Raiders for the first time, an Embark ID will be created for you automatically. You’ll be prompted to enter and confirm your email address which is required to claim your server slam backpack reward at launch. It’s possible to create a new Embark ID or link an existing account ahead of time using the Embark Portal.
