Permanent MW3 playlists confirmed as life cycle ends

mw3 final playlist update

As the hype around the upcoming release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 ramps up, MW3 is dying down, shown through support for MW3 coming to a halt. During its life cycle, playlists were often shuffled around to keep multiplayer feeling fresh. With the final playlist update going live, Sledgehammer Games has cemented the modes that will stick around for players who remain in MW3.

The return to the Black Ops universe will introduce fans to omnimovement, franchise first weapons, traditional round-based Zombies, and new locations when it comes to maps. Additionally, expect returning features such as the Gunsmith and the classic prestige system, and so much more.
