Past FIFA titles let players skip pack opening cinematics at the click of a button, but EA FC 24 has broken the cycle or tried to, at least.

Skip EA FC 24 pack animations quickly and easily

Have an active preview pack openly showing on your screen, but don’t purchase it
Go to the “My Packs” section
Hover over the pack you want to open
Press L1, L1, X, or LB, LB, A, depending on the controller you’re using
Your pack will open without the animation

By successfully performing the actions above, the pack opening animation will be completely skipped, allowing you to assign or discard your new items straight away.

The build up to opening a pack can at times be more exciting than the contents inside. However, when you’re opening consumables or low-rarity packs, you may want to get through them as fast as possible.

Hopefully, an option to skip pack animations will be added to EA FC 24 later down the line. For now, you’ll have to use the method above.
