Today, most RPGs have some sort of currency. The name of Starfield’s in-game currency is credits and you’ll want to earn as many as possible. Luckily, Starfield gives you plenty of opportunities to get credits, with some ways being faster than others.
Credits have many uses in Starfield. They can be spent on upgrades to your arsenal, recruiting companions, and doing some work on your ship.
What are the fastest ways to get credits in Starfield?
The best way to earn credits fast is to complete missions and loot everything in sight. A relatively low-risk way of getting some extra credits is to pick up items and take them to a vendor to be sold. You can even take valuables from houses and sell them along, too. If you’re feeling brave, you can pickpocket characters for quick gains and even use lockpicks on safes to see if any treasures lie on the inside.
If you want to go in guns blazing, there are risky ways of banking yourself a lot of credits. This involves stealing ships and taking their cargo and then selling your newly acquired contraband. That’s if you don’t get caught. In addition, you can rack up a lot of credits by smuggling and successfully transporting stolen goods.
Of course, there are other ways in which you can get credits in Starfield, but the methods above are proving to be the quickest, so far.
