Before you can begin exploring the universe, you need a character to do so. Starfield has a character creator full of deep customisation options. If you want to adopt a different look later down the line, you can change your appearance in Starfield.

If you end up having regrets at any point in your playthrough, it’s quick and easy to correct them. All you have to do is visit the right place with credits ready to spend.

You can change your appearance by visiting an Enhance! Genetics Facility. Enhance locations are scattered across various planets, mainly in settlements and cities. The first one you’re likely to come across is located beside the New Atlantis Corporate Park.

Once you’re inside, talk to the NPC behind the desk and ask to use their services. This will open up the character design menu.

From body and face customisation to walk style, hair and even gender, almost anything can be altered. Also, you can freshen up your look as many times as you please, that’s if you’re willing to hand over a total of 500 credits to access the character customisation options.

The only part you won’t be able to swap out are the face templates that you select at the beginning of the game.
