Gotham Knights was released by Warner Bros Games in October 2022. In this open-world experience, you play as four members of the Batman family to take down the villains that are plaguing the city. Now, Gotham Knights could be joining the ever-growing library of games on the Nintendo Switch.
The game received a fair amount of backlash the moment that it hit our storefronts, so for some, the potential port could come as a surprise.
Gotham Knights may be heading to Nintendo Switch
A rating for Gotham Knights has appeared on the ESRB website, the organisation that are responsible for assigning age and content ratings to video games in the United States and Canada.
The game which has already been rated as “Teen” on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series consoles has seen the Nintendo Switch join this list of platforms. This suggests that an announcement for Gotham Knights getting a Switch port is just around the corner.
Gotham Knights received a mixed bag of reviews at launch. On Metacritic, the game sits at a score of 67 out of 100 based, on 79 critic reviews and an average user score of 4.9 out of 10. Similarly, both all-time and recent reviews on Steam sit at “Mixed.”
The main complaints among players were the graphics and 30fps cap. It will be interesting to see how well the game runs on the Switch, especially since it was never released on PS4 or Xbox One.
We’ll update you if and when Nintendo Switch players will be able to suit up and protect Gotham City.
