After six years in Early Access, it was announced at Summer Game Fest 2025 that SCUM would be leaving Early Access and introducing players to version 1.0. To celebrate the full launch of SCUM, a Deluxe Edition has landed, along with a new deluxe content pack.
SCUM 1.0 has released a plethora of updates, such as a complete island rework, the introduction of armed NPCS, custom quests, and so much more.
Marking a new era of SCUM
Here is what’s included in the new SCUM deluxe pack:
- Basic survival pack – With this pack, your prisoner will fly out of the plane with a special improvised courier backpack containing a kitchen knife, a 0.5L water bottle, a can of sardines, an emergency bandage pack, and a bulb of garlic.
- Three premium weapon models – Craft the M16 Apocalypso, the Sawed-off Eagle, and the Deluxe SVD from the base models.
- Two premium patterns – Snake and Trees patterns, applicable to weapons and vehicles.
- Free gold card – A gold card will be waiting for you at the nearest safezone general trader, allowing you to purchase gold bars.
- Biome-coloured prison suits – Brown for the Mediterranean biome, green for the forest biome, and white for the snow biome.
- John/Jane Dick voice pack – Regular, non-DLC characters will be able to issue voice lines with the voice of John and Jane Dick.
- New exotic dances – 12 new exotic dances including Belly dance, Twerk, and Vogue.
- Concept art collection – Dive into SCUM’s development history with a digital artbook.
The individual content pack which is labelled as SCUM Deluxe 3 in the store is priced at £8.99. Instead, you can purchase the Deluxe Edition of SCUM that comes with the content pack for £48.99. Whether you’re an existing fan or a new player, the content pack will add a little extra flair to your survival experience.
