Palworld’s Feybreak update has brought a string of new content to keep players occupied over the holiday season. A stand-out from the latest Palworld content drop is the introduction of Meowmere from the world of Terraria. Before you can own the Meowmere, you must craft it.
The Meowmere is a melee weapon that also fires bullets, allowing you to use it from a distance, as well as in close-quarter combat. It is part of Palworld’s crossover with Terraria, with even more collaboration content expected to join the open world survival experience in 2025. The sword wields 200 attack against your opponents and fires colourful cats.
How to get Meowmere in Palworld
To unlock the Meowmere, open up the technology screen and scroll to level 30. Here, you will have to spend two Ancient Technology points to gain access to the recipe which consists of:
- 22 Ingot
- 22 Paldium Fragment
- 22 Coal
- 3 Predator Core
The chances are that if you’re at least level 30, you will already have the majority of these items on-hand. For example, Ingots are a resource you can get early on from refining Ore. Additionally, Paldium Fragments drop while mining and there are plenty of locations you can mine Coal from, including the deserts and mountains on the northern side of the map.
As the name suggests, Predator Cores are acquired through Predator Pals. However, this type of creature can’t be caught, so make sure you are ready to fight for the resource. Predator Pals are difficult to find, but they have a distinct look, radiating a red aura around them. For now, they don’t appear to spawn in a particular location, so you will need an element of luck on your side.
