Assemble a superhero squad in Marvel Rivals, an upcoming PVP shooter. Fast-paced gameplay takes place on evolving battlefields with destructive environments. To put it simply, it shares similarities with Overwatch, but with a twist unique to the Marvel universe. There are a range of characters for you to master in Marvel Rivals and here is the full line up.
Before the match begins, select from a range of of fan-favourite Marvel heroes, as well as super villains from across the Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, X-Men, and more belonging to the Marvel multiverse. Already, you may have an idea of what character you’ll want to use based on your preferences from the franchise. With that being said, each character is tied to a role.
All characters in Marvel Rivals
As seen in the closed alpha, there are three roles available to adopt, Vanguard, Duelist, or Strategist. Vanguards are heavier characters, Duelists are suited to those with an aggressive playstyle, while Strategists are valuable support characters, equipped with healing abilities.

That’s a total of 19 confirmed characters, with more expected to join the Marvel Rivals roster in the future. In addition, the closed alpha is a perfect opportunity for the developers to analyse the current character pool and assess who needs to be nerfed or buffed.
