Cherry blossoms are in bloom in House Flipper 2, as the Japanese-inspired Sakura DLC adds new architectural styles to your portfolio.
The Japanese-themed House Flipper 2 Sakura expansion introduces players to Akamatsu Valley, with three differing surroundings to choose from. Expect to take your renovation skills to three empty lots, five new Japanese houses, five fresh jobs, five new buyers, and unlock more achievements along the way.

In total, this particular House Flipper 2 DLC comes with over 600 items, some of which are community-inspired. Here are examples of items and materials tied to the Sakura DLC:

The House Flipper 2 Sakura DLC is priced at £11.99/$14.99 and is available on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Additionally, a free Buyers 2.0 update has rolled out in House Flipper 2, completely reworking the previous system. Buyers will now comment on homes, buyer satisfaction will influence pricing, each buyer will even present a mood board, and more.
