It’s worth noting that you need to reach Adventurer Rank 10 before you can redeem codes. Once you’ve made it to the required rank, all you have to do to redeem your codes is the following:
- Visit the Genshin Impact code redemption website and log in to your account
- Then, select your server, enter your character nickname and type in your code
- Click “redeem” and you should receive your rewards. If you were successful, the rewards should show up in your in-game mail.
