The Black Ops 6 beta has provided fans with the perfect opportunity to try out the next entry in the Call of Duty franchise. From omnimovement, to fresh weapons, maps, and game modes, the weekend has been action packed to say the least. However, the Black Ops 6 beta does have to come to an end and Treyarch has put a time on when the curtains will close.
Already, the developers have been working on improving the Black Ops 6 experience, evident in the deployment of weapon balancing, movement tweaks, and more. The beta allows the team to gather more player feedback ahead of the game’s full debut.
Black Ops 6 beta schedule
The Open Beta began on September 6 at 10am PT, and is scheduled to end on September 9 at 10am PT. From this point onwards, the servers will be taken offline, meaning you’ll be unable to queue into a match.
Once the beta concludes, the next time you’ll be able to play Black Ops 6 is when the game fully launches on October 25, 2024. Although your progress from the beta won’t carry over to the full release, you will have all the beta rewards you picked up along the way.
If you’re yet to earn all the free beta rewards, double XP is live, allowing you to level up faster and max out before the beta closes its doors. The rewards up for grabs and the level you need to hit to get them are as follows:
- Level 2: “Beta Tester” Animated Emblem
- Level 6: “Beta Tag” Spray
- Level 11: “No Bugs” Weapon Charm
- Level 15: “Quick Draw” Emote
- Level 20: “Squish” Westpoint Operator Skin (only unlockable during Weekend One)
- Level 20: “Squash” Westpoint Operator Skin (unlocked during either Weekend)
- Level 23: “The Truth Lies” Loading Screen
- Level 27: “Beta Expert” Animated Calling Card
- Level 30: “Bug Smasher” Weapon Blueprint
