Perhaps leaving Quidditch out of Hogwarts Legacy was all part of the plan as Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions brings the magical sport to life in a dedicated standalone game. Although the title launched just days ago, the developers have already revealed a roadmap, detailing what’s to come in terms of new content.
While it remains unknown what’s in store for Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions next year, the roadmap includes information on what’s to come in the upcoming Fall and Winter months. Also, it confirms that the game will receive seasons, a model that many modern games have adopted.
Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions 2024 roadmap
According to the roadmap, Season 0 will go by the name of Quidditch Tryouts. A Hogwarts Legacy themed event will debut later this month, an unsurprising crossover. This will be followed by a Halloween event in October, expected to bring a spooky twist to the enchanted world.
Season 1 will kick off in the Winter months and will be known as Defence Against The Dark Arts. Witches and wizards will be treated to a Holiday at Hogwarts and a Yule Ball event to round off 2024.
Notably, the team over at Unbroken Studios has reaffirmed that they’re still working hard on getting the Nintendo Switch version out by the end of the year. Additionally, a 6v6 mode is on the way, allowing you to team up with more friends.
Only time will tell when Nintendo Switch users will get their hands on the game and how well it will run on its hardware. No matter what platform you’re on, there’s a lot for Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions fans to look forward to.
