When you put your smartphone by your pillow at night, Pokemon Sleep will record and measure your sleep. The longer you sleep, the higher your score will be in the morning and the more Pokemon will appear around Snorlax. Your nights of sleep will be classified as either dozing, snoozing, or slumbering. In the morning, Pokemon that sleep in similar ways to you will gather around Snorlax.

To pre-register for Pokemon Sleep on Android, all you have to do is:
- Open up the Google Play Store
- Sign into your Google Play account if you aren’t already
- Search for Pokemon Sleep and the official app page will pop up
- Click on the Pre-Register option
Once you’ve pre-registered for the game, you’ll be notified when it releases and you’ll be able to download it onto your device and begin playing straight away.

If you’re on an iOS device, all you have to do is follow the instructions below:
