Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4, the long-awaited remakes of two hit entries from the illustrious sports franchise, are just around the corner. Coming as one package, both games have been remade from the ground-up with returning environments and skaters, along with new content. As an incentive to pre-order the game, Activision has dropped a demo featuring two levels and two skaters for eager players to try out.

Fire up the Foundry

The Foundry is one of the two returning maps featured in the new demo, along with the College map being the other. Franchise namesake and skating legend, Tony Hawk is joined by rising star, Rayssa Leal as the two available skaters in the demo.

The demo also includes songs from the soundtrack, which faithfully retains its early 2000s charm, along with new songs added to the mix.

A new trailer was debuted during the June 2025 Xbox Games Showcase that served as the game’s launch trailer. It shows off returning environments, along with new parks: Pinball, Movie Studio and Waterpark.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 prides itself on being a faithful remake of the classic titles; it keeps the tight control scheme and gameplay mechanics of the original fan-favorites, with heavy visual upgrades and some quality-of-life improvements. The combination of content from both titles is also an added bonus, much like it was when the Pro Skater 1+2 remake dropped a few years ago.

Much like the original games, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is launching on basically anything that either features or connects to a screen: PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, along with a confirmed native Nintendo Switch 2 edition.

While the pre-order required demo has released today, the full game launches on July 11, 2025 across all the aforementioned platforms.
