Pokémon Go has shared the details of a new partnership with Major League Baseball (MLB.) The collaboration will grant Trainers who are at an MLB match the chance to earn various rewards and Pokémon encounters.
During the 2025 season, all MLB ballparks will feature official club-branded PokéStops and Gyms, allowing Trainers to take advantage of new Pokémon Go opportunities from in or around the ballpark. In addition, expect to take a trip down newly created official routes at the ballparks you visit.
Pokémon Go shoots for a home run
As the MLB season progresses, Trainers can attend Pokémon Go–themed ball games with a variety of rewards up for grabs, including:
- Pokémon Go and club-branded merchandise
- Exclusive in-game avatar items
- Timed Research awarding a variety of Pokémon encounters
- Raid Battles where Trainers have a chance to catch Pokémon with a special Location Background
These games will take place during the home matches of various clubs. The full schedule for the games is as follows:
