EA Sports F1 25 release date leak

EA Sports F1 25 could be revealed as soon as next week, with the game officially launching just days later. Information shared by credible data miner, billbil-kun, outlines the fact that an announcement is imminent, while a new Edition of the game may race onto the scene.

According to Dealabs Magazine, EA Sports F1 25 will be announced on March 26, 2025, with the game releasing on March 30, 2025.

Look out for the chequered flag

It is expected that there will be no Champions Edition of the game this year. If the leak rings true, this will be replaced by an Edition dubbed the Iconic Edition, coming in with a slightly lower price tag.

Owners of the Iconic Edition will gain three days of early access to EA Sports F1 25 starting May 27, 2025. EA Play members and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers could be about to take the game for a spin with a 10 hour Early Access trial.

The EA Sports F1 25 Editions and their prices according to Dealabs Magazine are:

  • Standard Edition – Released on May 30, 2025. Price: €59.99/ $59.99/ £49.99.
  • Iconic Edition – Released on May 27, 2025. Price: €79.99 / $79.99 / £69.99.

A lot of key information remains up in the air, such as the exact contents of the Iconic Edition and whether or not the upcoming title will be playable on previous generation PS4 and Xbox One consoles.

If the EA Sports F1 25 release date leak is accurate, it won’t be long until EA pulls back the curtain on what’s to come in the next entry of the series. It will be interesting to see how far the game has evolved from its predecessor.
