Amid the not-so quiet whispering that Verdansk is returning as the main Warzone map, the Call of Duty shop has teased a Verdansk Collection. The teaser image shows the mountainous landscape, with the memorable Dam and a broken plane that appears to come straight out of the Boneyard point of interest.

The Call of Duty shop is your one-stop destination to get merchandise from across Modern Warfare, Black Ops, Warzone, and Zombies. From clothing, to accessories and LED lights, some items even come with exclusive in-game rewards.

Look the part while potentially playing the part?

Upon visiting the Call of Duty merchandise shop, you will be faced with a pop up for the upcoming Verdansk Collection, with a countdown timer of when players can “drop back in.” From here, you can input your email to receive a notification when the collection goes live on March 10, 2025.

It’s unknown exactly what the merchandise drop will entail, but could it be a sign of things to come? Not only is March 20 Verdansk’s fifth anniversary, but various Call of Duty leakers have indicated that the fan-favourite map is coming back to Warzone in Season 3. The return of Verdansk may bring back nostalgic points of interests and even weapons such as the Grau, that’s if the leaks ring true.

Although Activision has remained tight-lipped on its plans to bring back Verdansk, releasing the merchandise ten days before Verdansk’s rumoured comeback could kick-start the marketing campaign.

Whether Verdansk will bring players back to the battle royale in numbers is yet to be seen. With a blend of bugs and an ongoing cheating problem, who knows if nostalgia is enough to revive Warzone back to its former glory.
