A new Clash Royale season is underway and Supercell has kicked it off with a bang by propelling players into an August Gold Festival.
Three events at once isn’t something Clash Royale sees often, but you can now take advantage of Slash Royale, and participate in a Gold Rush, as well as a Milestone event to earn even more rewards.
Hitting the jackpot
For the duration of the August Gold Festival, upgrading your cards will cost half the gold, no matter the rarity of the card or the type of troop. Slash Royale is the perfect opportunity to upgrade your deck and increase your Clash Royale King Level.
Due to the Gold Rush, you have the opportunity to bank 120,000 Gold depending on your Arena level. The daily gold you can obtain while the event is live is:
- Arena 1 – 4: 5,000 Gold
- Arena 5 – 7: 10,000 Gold
- Arena 8 – 10: 15,000 Gold
- Arena 11 and over: 20,000 Gold
With all that extra gold, you’ll also get even more goodies for splashing the cash at the following spending milestones:
- 5,000 Gold: 1 Gold Chest
- 10,000 Gold: 500 Random Common Card
- 20,000 Gold: 5 Chest Keys
- 50,000 Gold: 100 Random Rare Card
- 100,000 Gold: 1 Magic Chest
- 200,000 Gold: 50 Random Epic Card
- 300,000 Gold: 1 Giant Chest
- 450,000 Gold: 3 Legendary Wild Card
- 600,000 Gold: Royal Wild Chest
- 750,000 Gold: 1 Legendary King’s Chest (King’s Chest if you’re in Arena 10 or below)
Your progress towards the milestone event can be monitored by clicking the icon depicting stacks of gold coins on the main lobby screen. When you hit a reward, your items can be claimed from this section, too.
All the events associated with the Clash Royale August Gold Festival will come to a close on August 12.
