Warzone balancing patch nerfs KAR98k, Superi 46, and more

Although Warzone Season 4 Reloaded introduced various new changes among a mid-season content drop, Raven Software is back with a smaller update focusing on weapons. A new set of Warzone patch notes have made some tweaks to some of the game’s meta guns.

Just two weapons have been adjusted, while three others have received bug fixes to specific Conversion Kits.

Here are all the weapons that have gone under the knife in the latest update.

Kastov 762 & 545 (MW2)

JAK Requiem Conversion Kit

  • Fixed incorrect iron sight and misaligned Optics after unequipping the Conversion Kit

Superi 46

  • Lower Torso Modifier decreased to 1.1x, down from 1.3x
  • Lower Arm and Hand Modifiers decreased to 1.1x, down from 1.3x

FJX Horus

JAK Scimitar Kit

  • Fixed incorrect iron sight and blocked Barrel Attachments after unequipping the Conversion Kit

KAR98k

  • Lower Torso Modifier decreased to .95x, down from 1.1x
  • Arm Modifiers decreased to .95x, down from 1.2x
  • Leg Modifiers decreased to .95x, down from 1x

As you can see, there aren’t many surprises featured in this Warzone weapon tuning patch. The Superi 46 has stood out in the submachine gun category since it made its debut in Season 4. Similarly, the KAR98k has become the go-to option for sniper fans due to the versatility of the weapon and, of course, the sprinkle of nostalgia it provides.

Only time will tell how much of an impact this update will have and to what extent player loadouts will have to be adjusted.
