Fall Guys is a brilliant (and often frustrating) party game that’s even better when played with family and friends. Therefore, you may be wondering if Fall Guys battle royale has split-screen, allowing you to play with your friends through unforgiving obstacle courses and hilarious party games from your couch.
When you think of what makes a great party game, Fall Guys ticks many of those boxes. It’s free to play, has crossplay across all devices, and most importantly, it’s fun.
Can you play Fall Guys split-screen?
Unfortunately, Fall Guys does not have the option to play split-screen at this time. You won’t be able to do any sort of casual, co-op, creative, or competitive modes with a friend from the comfort of your couch. Although it doesn’t have the same effect, you’ll have to resort to taking it in turns and passing the controller around.
The only way to play Fall Guys with your friends is online, so you’ll have to party up on separate devices. The sad reality is that more and more modern games are opting to leave a split-screen option behind, so this way of playing is slowly dying out.
At the time of writing, the development team hasn’t announced the debut of split-screen. Fall Guys released back in 2020, so it’s unlikely that it’ll be added into the game this far down the line. However, that doesn’t mean it’ll never arrive, especially if it’s a highly requested feature.
