Players can now pre-order Modern Warfare 3 on PlayStation, Xbox or PC via Steam or Battle.net. Owners of Modern Warfare 2 can even place a pre-order through the in-game store. This includes PS4 and Xbox One consoles. Of course, if you prefer a physical edition, you can pre-order now via your local retailer.
The pre-order rewards, as well as a Standard and Vault Edition were already leaked the day before the reveal and you can view them, below.

It’s the eve of the Modern Warfare 3 reveal event and Sledgehammer Games are getting ready to show off what they have in store for their next entry into the Call of Duty franchise. Leaks have been coming in fast, with the latest allegedly revealing the Modern Warfare 3 pre-order bonuses.
Of course, leaks should be taken with a pinch of salt and nothing is confirmed until we get word from Activision.
All Modern Warfare 3 leaked pre-order bonuses
Prominent Call of Duty leaker known as ‘HeyImAlaix’ shared some images of the alleged MW3 pre-order rewards, obtained from the game files. This includes a Standard Edition and the return of a Vault Edition of the game.
According to the leak, those that pre-order the Standard Edition will get:
- Early access to the Open Beta
- Play the Campaign up to a week early
- Soap Operator Pack for immediate use in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone. Also, useable in Modern Warfare 3 at launch
If you wish to upgrade to the Vault Edition, the leak suggests you’ll get:
- Early access to the Open Beta
- Play the Campaign up to a week early
- Nemesis Operator Pack: 4 Operator Skins (Price, Ghost, Warden and Makarov)
- 2 Weapon Vaults
- BlackCell (1 Season) and bonus tier skips. Includes the Battle Pass, 1100 CP, 50 Tier Skips and more
- Soap Operator Pack for immediate use in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone. Also, useable in Modern Warfare 3 at launch
It’s unknown when pre-orders will go live, but we can speculate that they’ll become available on all platforms after the Modern Warfare 3 reveal event which is set to take place in Warzone on August 17.
